Profile of an Ideal Candidate

• CMMI and/or ITIL experience
• University diploma
• Ten years or more experience, preferably with many organizations, in which some would be in a role relative to process improvement or a similar domain (for example, quality)
• Show a marked interest in process improvement
• Have experience in consulting-type projects, as much with practitioners (developers) as with administrators (managers), and have had the opportunity to give courses and to lead awareness sessions
• Available for travel
• Ease in adapting to various cultures and surroundings
• General practitioner in process improvement but with a specific recognized expertise  (ex : project management, software measurement, auditor according to a recognized standard, etc.)
• General knowledge of the main quality standards and extensive knowledge of at least one official or de facto standard used widely in the industry
• Strong sense of ethics
• Autonomy and the ability to work as part of a team whenever necessary
• Aptitude for the development of business relationships
