• Presentation of the theory using modules supported by course material (PowerPoint presentations developed by the SEI and additional information by Alcyonix)
• Students are guided through a series of lectures and exercises that teach the fundamentals of TSP and the PSP.
• Interaction between participants and with the instructor (s) is encouraged (group discussions)

• From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 15 minute break in the morning and in the afternoon and a one hour lunch break
• This schedule is flexible and can be negotiated with a group consensus

• Some preparatory reading, or reading during the evenings could be requested or recommended by the instructor
• With the exception of prior discussion with the instructor, accreditation will not be given to a participant who misses part of the course

1. Substitutes are accepted providing the registered participant accepts the replacement either by phone or by written notification

4. The total payment is due before the start of the course, the limit being day one (the participant can pay on that day)
