| Approach and Instructor's Material |
- Presentation of the theory using modules supported by course material (PowerPoint presentations developed by the SEI and additional information by Alcyonix)
- Students are guided through a series of lectures
and exercises that teach the fundamentals of TSP and
the PSP.
- Interaction between participants and with the instructor (s) is encouraged (group discussions)

| Schedule |
- From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 15 minute break in
the morning and in the afternoon and a one hour
lunch break
- This schedule is flexible and can be negotiated
with a group consensus
- In general, the last day of the course finishes
earlier
- Some preparatory reading, or reading during the
evenings could be requested or recommended by the
instructor
- With the exception of prior discussion with the
instructor, accreditation will not be given to a
participant who misses part of the course
