Course Preview

This course introduces participants to a method for performing a gap analysis of an organization’s set of processes against CMMI. The proposed gap analysis approach is similar to the formal SEI CMMI appraisal method (SCAMPI). The method identifies gaps between your organizational processes and the CMMI, helping you to achieve a CMMI level and improve your business.
