SQLI Consulting joins Alcyonix
SQLI Consulting is now part of the Alcyonix group of experts in process improvement services. This merge allows our Group to complement our current offer with an expertise on Enterprise Architecture .The resulting Alcyonix entity now addresses the full span of needs faced by Information Systems Managers : process improvement , IT strategy and governance, information system architecture. Alcyonix now becomes the consulting entity of SQLI Group with offices in France, Switzerland, Canada, and Morocco.

These three-day courses are designed for those looking to get an in depth understanding of the specific practices and generic practices in the CMMI for Development model v1.2.

Alcyonix extends its SEI services offer.
Alcyonix now offers CMMI for Acquisition and CMMI for services.
The CMMI-ACQ provides guidance for the application of CMMI best practices by the acquirer.
Best practices in the model focus on activities for initiating and managing the acquisition of products and
services that meet the needs of the customer.

The CMMI-SVC provides guidance for the application of CMMI best practices by the service provider organization.
Best practices in the model focus on activities for providing quality services to the customer and end users.

These models are added to our TSP/PSP (Team Software Process/Personal Software process) Product
