Development of a Process Improvement Action Plan

• Has your company or agency just completed a more or less formal diagnosis of your actual processes?
  It is then recommended to proceed to the corrective action planning stage in order to begin implementation as soon as possible.  This is necessary to avoid losing the momentum which was gained while conducting the diagnosis.
• The project charter must be elaborated, a project manager and resources assigned, estimates prepared, a work schedule made, etc. Alcyonix, with its strong experience in the industry and in project planning of this kind (process improvement) Alcyonix proposes project planning support.

General Support

• If you have already prepared a process improvement project plan and you need general support (nevertheless, expert) for its implementation, Alcyonix can offer you general support services.
  It could be a specific need for support, to supervise work, to define or review processes, etc.
• We do not have a typical proposal for this kind of service because each is unique. We will listen to your needs and prepare a proposal to meet those specific needs.
• A proposal would be associated to few which, of course, would vary in function of the required effort and the degree of expertise requested; for a large scale project Alcyonix could offer you privileged rates.

Support Specific to a Given Process Area

If you have prepared a process improvement plan and feel in control of the situation you may, however, need help in a specific process area.
