A New service on the internet provided by experts authorized by the SEI (SCAMPI Lead Appraisers and Instructors) for the validation of documents (e.g. process assets) to determine if they comply with CMMI.

When an organization is developing a document (policy, process, procedure, guideline or template) in the context of process improvement based on the CMMI, why not minimize risk and eliminate re-work costs by validating early if the document complies with the CMMI?

Alcyonix offers its proven process expertise developed over decades of working with organizations across multiple domains to validate your new or revised processes via the Internet.

Internet Validation Process

• Upon receipt of a request to validate a document, Alcyonix prepares a brief proposal and sends it to you via email
• Two days following the receipt of an accepted proposal, you receive the results of our work
• Upon receipt of the completed document, you may contact the Alcyonix expert who completed the work with any comments or questions on the delivered document (s)
• When we are sure that you understand the results, Alcyonix will send you the invoice for work completed via email

Deliverables

• The revised document with revision marks within 2 business days after acceptance of our proposal
• A report on conformance of the document with respect to the CMMI (if requested)
• Recommendations, e.g. to accelerate deployment (if requested)

Conditions

Alcyonix has no control over the deployment of revised process assets in your organization, therefore Alcyonix cannot guarantee the achievement of any CMMI maturity level.

Nevertheless, Alcyonix’ services are based on the knowledge and expertise of SEI authorized Instructors and Lead Appraisers. All our comments/revisions to your process documentation will be made with respect to the intent of the practices in the CMMI model to help you meet your organization’s process improvement goals.
